Each year APESMA awards two members scholarships (that cover conference fees, travel and accommodation) to attend Science meets Parliament (SmP), a two-day event that brings together more than 200 of Australia’s top scientists and decision-makers in Canberra.

Science meets Parliament 2012

In 2012 APESMA scholarship winners Declan Clausen and Andre Tan joined National Secretary Robyn Porter at SmP.

Applications for 2013

Applications for APESMA's two scholarships to Science meets Parliament 2013 will open in June 2013. Applicants are asked to prepare an essay on a scientific topic, that will be announced in June.
