Enterprise Agreements

In some workplaces employees negotiate collectively with their employer. By working together employees can use strength in numbers to secure a better deal for all. Agreements reached in this manner are Enterprise Bargaining Agreements (EBAs), and they sit above National Employment Standards and awards to create your salary and conditions of employment.
