Mentor programsIt may sound like a cliche, but the end of education is not the end of your learning. The skills and knowledge you acquire through university are a foundation on which experience builds competence and expertise. There's no substitute for experience, but having a mentor is invaluable, and gives you a professional edge. We can facilitate mentor programs, putting younger members in touch with more experienced professionals, and our Young Professionals Group Mentoring Program is tailored to meet the needs of those in the early years of their career. For the self employed we offer a Mentors Online program. Mentors Online matches professionals starting out in self employed business with professionals with an established background. It's also possible for us to discuss with you your needs and see if it is possible to match you with a mentor to help guide you.
