APESMA win: The first step towards recognising professionals

APESMA members have been active in campaigning for a review of the Specialist and Senior Professional (SSP) contracts since the problems that arose from workplace redesigns last year.

At the Division Consultative Committee (DCC) level APESMA called for a review of the SSP contract system so that the “rules of the game” would be clear and transparent when it came to market rate increases and conditions that conflict with the Enterprise Agreement and Award.
