APESMA wins Senate Inquiry into Engineering Shortage

After months of hard work APESMA has convinced the Australian Senate to establish an official Inquiry into Australia’s current shortage of engineers. This Inquiry also follows an Australian Government skills report that found the general engineer skill shortage was worse than any other occupation that they tracked.

We need your help right now. The Australian Government will only take action if a large number of engineers actively engage in this Inquiry and submit their views, evidence and ideas for the future. We are calling on all APESMA engineers to write a submission or to encourage your organisation to write one on your behalf.
