Imagining and developing the future is one of the critical contributions professionals make to industry and the community. APESMA facilitates the sharing of your experience with younger members, enabling you to contribute to the development of the next generation.

Our Young Professionals Group Mentoring Program, tailored to meet the needs of those in the early years of their career, relies on more experienced members volunteering to share their experience as a mentor. And our mentors online program also relies on experienced members giving some of their time and knowledge to help shape the experience of younger professionals.
